"Here or There!"
"Here of There!" is the exhibition presented by London gallery Pilar Corrias in the Visiting Sector Galleries of Gallery Weekend Beijing 2022. By presenting the latest works of Peppi Bottrop, Cui Jie and Rirkrit Tiravanija, three artists from different countries and regions, the exhibition takes industrial heritage and ecological civilization as its theme and discusses a world view of radically diversified realities, encouraging the viewer to consider and talk in solidarity regarding the events and factors that separate and differ a local reality from another.
The poster design is inspired from the visual language of the works of the three artists and the tone of the exhibition topic: industrial relics, ecological brutalism, statement and question, and manifesto. All the elements are eventually reorganized in one picture in the poster.
